Online election of ESPN councilors

Dear ESPN members,

the General Assembly in Bordeaux decided by majority to hold the councilor elections online. According to our constitution, the councilors must be elected at the General Assembly. To that end, we have organized two Extraordinary General Assembly meetings with the following agendas: 

Monday, November 2, 2026

• 12:00  CET              Welcome from the President or the Vice President
• 12:05-13:00 CET    Online voting for new councilors
• 13:00 CET              Closing of the vote by the President or the Vice President

Thursday, November 5, 2026

• 17:00 CET               Welcome from the President or the Vice President
• 17:05-18:00 CET    Online voting for new councilors
• 18:00 CET              Closing of the vote by the President or the Vice President

* CET- Central European Time

Results will be announced via email. Only active ESPN members are allowed to vote. You will be required to select five councilors out of eight candidates.

You can vote only once (if you vote twice, the system will automatically disregard the vote submitted during the second session).
