Call for research proposals 2020

ESPN board announces a call for research proposals on pediatric kidney disorders.

The aim of the call is to stimulate collaboration between pediatric nephrologists in Europe and beyond and to promote clinical or basic science projects pertinent to children with renal disorders.

Applicants should be ESPN members working in Academic or Hospital Centres in Europe.
Applications should come from a member of one of the ESPN working groups and only grants on behalf of the WGs will be considered.
The applicant should complete the Research Grant Application Form 2020 which is available on the ESPN website.

The proposals should be submitted electronically to espn@espn-online.org

Closing date for submission: May 31, 2020

The applications will be evaluated by the ESPN board on the basis of merit, scientific excellence, and relevance for the field. Successful projects will be funded to a maximum of 20 K €.

Project leaders must acknowledge the support of the ESPN in any publication or presentation resulting from their work. They may be asked to present their results at the ESPN congresses or ESPN teaching activities.

Results of evaluation will be announced on the ESPN website.
